Tomorrow - Off to Africa Day
I have been bouncing around between calm readiness and totally freaking out. The Gods have smiled on me and I have a good set of connections, maybe a little closer in terms of time between flights than I would like (about an hour) but the total from take off in Albuquerque to touchdown in Accra is just over 17 hours which is very civilized thank you. The route is Albuquerque to Chicago to Washington DC to Accra. There is a little iffy weather in Washington DC. All that can be done, has been done. The adventure starts.

It's a bit snowy and icy in DC, but schools are only delayed, not cancelled. That bodes well for your layover. Have an uneventful trip!
