During this trip all the rules of travel engagement that Wife and I have carefully developed over the last three years will be completely and utterly trashed!

It all starts tomorrow when our airport shuttle shows up at 4 AM so we can begin our 27 hour voyage to Hong Kong. This is because we chose to score some business class seats using saver frequent flyer miles. I have learned that a cousin of the Magical Unicorn Pony God of Travel - THE SUPERNATURAL DRAGON LORD OF FREQUENT FLYER MILES - is invoked whenever you try to use your miles for those really nice trips on really nice seats. The Dragon Lord laughs and says, "Fine you puny mortal, you want to travel for free in business? How you like it if I route your Albuquerque to Hong Kong route through Tajikistan!"
