The butter under the skin melted out leaving this lovely clear orange melted butter
I added flour to make a roux

that fish really does look fantastic. I don't pan fry enough. Clearly not enough with commericial snacks...

I think the Count did a much better job with pictures than G.D. did!
I've seen cookbooks using Spam. Now you can write on one using Cheetos. What a fun challenge.
