Watching the sun each morning, I was intrigued by what things would look like from the ground perspective and looking at the city from an opposite side of the bay, from the harbor looking back to the city.
Today, Sunday, was a great day to do it. Things are very quiet on Sunday morning and we had a very clear sky as well.
As I've previously mentioned, sunrise is late. The sun is just starting to send light over the horizon at 7:30am and I'm on the beachfront.
Very, very few people are out
I've walked over to the harbor to start my study
Fishing boats are starting out
The sun is starting to peak over the horizon
A lone couple goes for an early swim
Just the sun, the masts, the water keep the fisherman company (and the crazy photographer)
It is pushing 9am and the sun is fully up
Even at this hour on Sunday morning, nothing has really started.

my goodness, a ghostly atmosphere. The light is really wonderful
Lovely! And a nice treat, because I almost never see the sunrise here on my own...
